Rowing challenge supported by JM Finn

An inspirational group of four young men are taking on the huge challenge of rowing across the Atlantic.

Joining the annual Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge will be The Four Oarsmen, a team of four friends who have set themselves the target of raising funds for two charities very close to their hearts.  In addition, they don’t just plan to take part, they hope to compete at the very highest level and push the limits in a bid to ink their name in the record books – but of course, survival is the key during a rigorous 3,000-mile unassisted row over 40-odd days.

Having experienced the pride of supporting a team in this challenge before, the much –acclaimed Yorkshire Rows in 2015, JM Finn couldn’t resist the opportunity to take part again, especially as the Four Oarsmen look to raise funds for two such worthwhile causes: Mind, the mental health charity and Spinal Research.

Their rigorous training regime and fundraising efforts prior to departure in December 2017 can be followed on Twitter at @thefouroarsmen, on Instagram at the_four_oarsmen or via their website www.thefouraorsmen.com.
