Did you know that it may be possible to borrow money against the value of your JM Finn investment portfolio?

Known as a Lombard loan, we now facilitate a lending service through a third party, Firenze, to offer eligible investors access to liquid cash without necessarily having to sell their investments.

How it works

A Lombard loan is secured against your existing investment portfolio (up to a maximum of 50% of the portfolio’s lending value) as security for borrowing. This can provide access to funds for a range of purposes, such as property purchases, tax liabilities, business opportunities or other significant expenditures. By borrowing against a portfolio rather than selling investments, clients may be able to remain invested and continue to participate in potential market growth and income.

If you are interested in exploring whether this form of borrowing may be suitable for your circumstances, please speak to your investment manager for further information.

Lombard lending is not suitable for everyone and carries risks. If the value of the underlying portfolio falls, additional security may be required and there is a risk that investments could need to be sold.
