In a sector where women are currently under-represented, an awards ceremony such as this can help complement initiatives that aim to inspire and campaign for greater representation of women, shining a light on those excelling in their careers.
As one of JM Finn’s more experienced investment managers, Kim is a significant contributor to the future development and direction of the firm. She sits on the the Investment Directors Committee, and is a member of a wide range of internal committees, with a particular focus on implementing internal operating enhancements by optimising technology solutions which can benefit our clients’ experience.
Kim is also a Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Founders, a livery company which she joined in 2005 and has recently been admitted on to the Court of the company, the first female court member in the company’s 650 year history.
