JM Finn are proud to be awarded the Best Events Programme in 2022 by Citywealth after we re-started our programme so we could continue our multiple touchpoint communication approach with our clients and also meet with new potential clients.

Our Investment Managers are encouraged to meet face-to-face with their clients at least once per annum, for a formal portfolio review. Our events offer them opportunities to engage with their clients and referrals in a less formal environment. In 2021 we held 23 events, welcomed 2144 guests with 615 of those attending virtually.

In 2021 we were delighted to extend our partnership with Surrey Cricket Club and purchased the naming rights of the Vauxhall end stand. We hosted 9 events across the summer, welcoming over 400 cricket fans. In October we also re-launched our sponsorship with the Affordable Art Fair, hosting 250 clients and guests at a Preview Evening ahead of the public opening. The Affordable Art Fair has been a really exciting opportunity for us, they share a vision of making their services accessible to all and it has also allowed us to reach a new, younger audience. It also enabled us to offer an engaging and interesting experience for art lovers within our client base, whether first time buyers or established collectors of contemporary art. The Preview Evening provides our guests with the opportunity to view the exhibition and purchase their favourite pieces of art ahead of the official opening, whilst giving them the chance to engage with their Investment Manager.

We have been partnered with the Royal Academy for almost a decade. We have greatly enjoyed sharing the benefits of this partnership with our clients, friends and colleagues, particularly at our favourite social event - the annual Summer Exhibition where we recently hosted 650 guests.

Lastly, we also held two conferences in 2021, giving all clients the option to attend in person and virtually. These conferences brought together stalwarts across different sectors, including speakers from AstraZeneca, Ocado and the Sustainable Investment and Finance Association who all provided incredible insight. The last conference we held in December was hosted at the Oval, in a room overlooking the JM Finn stand - this gave us a great opportunity to demonstrate our affiliation with Surrey and showcase our recent sponsorship agreement.
