
Biography
Cat joined JM Finn as Head of Proposition and Investment Support in 2025, bringing over 17 years of experience in financial services, with a background in technology, operations, and change delivery. Her career began in technology before progressing into change and senior leadership as the Head of Corporate Technology at RBC Brewin Dolphin.
Cat holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield University and brings a collaborative and delivery-focussed leadership style. In her current role, she supports the firm’s Consumer Duty programme and investment oversight framework, with a focus on strengthening governance, insight, and frontline enablement.
Outside of work, Cat enjoys spending time with her family, serves as Vice-Chair of Governors at her local primary school and supports leadership development through mentoring both within the industry and her community.
