How we handle complaints
If you would like to express dissatisfaction about any aspect of our service then you can either contact the person who looks after your investment affairs at JM Finn or you can direct your feedback by the following means:

Please make sure you include your name, address, the name of your investment manager and a full description of your concerns and how you would like the matter resolved.
We will acknowledge receipt of any such communication promptly and will advise whether the matter will be treated in accordance with our complaints policy. A copy of our complaints policy can be found below for your reference.
