Competition Terms and Conditions

This prize draw is run by JM Finn. Employees of JM Finn may not enter the prize draw. Entrants in the prize draw are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. If, having read these Terms and Conditions, you no longer wish to enter the prize draw, please let us know in writing at marketing@jmfinn.com.

The prize draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over. Only fully completed entries will be eligible for the prize draw which will be drawn at random on 1st November 2019 and announced by 30th November 2019. Entries received after 17:30 BST on 30th October 2019 will not be entered into the prize draw. No purchase necessary. JM Finn accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. The prize is non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Competition is restricted to one entry per person.

Entry via website or competition card

People who do and do not wish to receive marketing information are eligible to enter but you will receive marketing communications unless you tell us otherwise by emailing us at marketing@jmfinn.com.

By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in accordance with JM Finn's privacy policy.

If you tick the box to join the Affordable Art Fair mailing list and get occasional emails with ticket offers, inspiring articles, affordable artwork and events, we will share your details with them. Entry via Instagram

If the winner of the competition entered via Instagram we will send a message using this platform to obtain your details. We will not contact any other Instagram entrants and will handle their data in accordance with our privacy policy. Entrants may unfollow us at any time.

We will not have any copyright of any image taken by participants entering the competition via Instagram.

If you win, you acknowledge that we will share your surname and the county you reside in with anyone that requests the information. We will not share this information unless asked.
