Classes of Shares
Different classes of shares may be issued in respect of any sub-fund. At present the UK Portfolio Fund has four share classes, and the Global Opportunities Fund has one. Institutional and Retail share classes have differing Initial and Annual Management Charges, as well as minimum investment levels. Please refer to the Prospectus, Simplified Prospectus, or Factsheet for further information.
Holders of Income shares are entitled to be paid the income attributable to such shares in respect of each annual or interim accounting period. Income is paid out at the end of June and December.
Holders of Accumulation shares are not entitled to be paid the income attributable to such shares, but that income is retained and accumulated for the benefit of shareholders and is reflected in the price of shares.
Report and Accounts
The full report and accounts for the funds is available upon written request to Capita Financial Managers Ltd, Beaufort House, 15 St Botolph Street, London, EC3A 7HH, or alternatively please contact Alison Finney at JM Finn & Co. A short report to the 30th June year end is also available.
An investment in an open-ended investment company should be regarded as a medium to long term investment. Investors should be aware that the price of shares and the income from them can fall as well as rise and investors may not receive back the full amount invested. Past performance is not a guide to future performance. The Simplified Prospectus contains a full statement of the risk factors which should be read by prospective investors.
As a sub-fund is not a legal entity, if the assets of one sub-fund are insufficient to meet the liabilities attributable to it, the ACD may re-allocate such liabilities between the sub-funds then in existence in a manner which is fair to shareholders generally. This re-allocation will normally be performed on the basis of the respective net asset values of the sub-funds.
If you have any questions then please speak to your usual contact, Alison Finney on 020 7600 1660, or Capita as ACD on 0845 922 0044.
