JM Finn & Co is committed to supporting charity and community initiatives within its local area. Through the provision of business skills and know-how to organisations which lack such resources and through the generous support and enthusiasm of our employees in volunteering and raising money, we strive to help charities to achieve their goals and improve the lives of the communities they serve.

We are also developing an environmental agenda whereby we aim to mitigate our impact on the environment by reducing and recycling our waste, and purchasing products from more sustainable sources. This demands not just a simple change in policy but an ongoing requirement for all staff to alter their behavioural patterns so that we can make better use of our limited resources.
